Area of Expertise.

MigrantLINK offers settlement services to migrants and refugees to assist them to settle effectively in Northern Sydney. We also offer a range of services to both government and business to work closely with the migrant community.  These services are provided free-of-charge to migrants and refugees, and on a fee-paying basis for government and business. Some services are provided free-of-charge to government, depending on the funding source.

Our services include:

• Settlement Services. These are services we provide and programs with which we work with other government and private service providers for our primary client base, migrants and refugees settling in the in the Northern Sydney Region. In the last eight years more than 38,000 new migrants have moved into the Northern Sydney Region, many of them arriving as skilled migrants.

• Access and Enablement. These are programs and services that help new migrant and refugee residents and citizens  to access relevant services.

• Community Capacity Building. We work together with community groups to identify, assess and provide services for community needs and for those within communities most in need of assistance.

• Service Linkages. We work together with both government and non-government organisations to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key service agencies to provide information and ongoing consultation on client/community needs.

• Demographic Reporting. We provide sophisticated demographic mapping and reporting services for agencies involved in settlement services, local government and private business.

• Consultancy and Training. We provide consultancy services to individuals, government and the private sector and in-house training and training packages.
