Board of Directors.
MigrantLINK Australia Limited is managed by a Board of Directors, all of whom act in a voluntary capacity. The directors manage MigrantLINK in the same manner that a corporation is managed, to ensure sound business practices and financial reporting and accountability. Collectively, the board of directors is a body of highly skilled managers with backgrounds in banking, commerce, financial management, local government, information management, and community development.

Staff Members. Ms. Sue Maddrell was originally appointed as the Secretariat of MNS by the Ministerial Steering Committee. In March 1999, Ms. Maddrell was asked to serve as General Manager of the organisation reporting to the Board of Directors and overseeing the organisation policy and day-to-day operations of MLA then known as
Migrant Network Services (Northern Sydney) Limited. Previously Ms. Maddrell's professional experience includes the fields of information and research, multicultural affairs, the arts, broadcasting, aged care and accommodation, welfare, community development, health issues for migrants and refugees, human rights and anti-discrimination youth issues, and housing. She has extensive qualifications in information and organisational management, and a long-term interest in, and commitment to, positive settlement outcomes for migrants, refugees, and the broader community.
Volunteers and Work Placement. MLA has Volunteers and Work Placement Students activity working with MLA staff members on various projects this enables both Volunteers and Work Placement Students an opportunity to contribute to the community, gain skills and experience as well as knowledge about the Northern Sydney Region.
